This free group is designed to help you develop healthy skills and habits that you can use in
your everyday life, as well as help you reduce stress.
Sessions are offered by the Counseling and Training Clinic on the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi campus, and are currently taking place via telehealth.
The clinic is open Monday through Thursday from 12pm - 8pm. Offices are closed during university holidays. Please call first to check our schedule.
