Mommy and Me - Ages 1 - 3 years (30-minute class)
Looking for a simple way to connect both emotionally and physically with your baby? Try our Mommy and Me Yoga class. In our class, we will help your baby perform simple stretches with playful music and some simple props thrown in the mix to engage and stimulate the minds of our little yogis.
Kids Yoga - Ages 4 - 8 years (1-hour class)
Our kids’ yoga classes will help kids get in touch with their bodies, strengthen and relax their muscles and develop coordination, focus and confidence. We will practice kid style asanas (postures) and pranayama (breathing) in a playful, supportive and safe environment.

The group is designed to help participants develop skills to recognize anger early, express anger, and understand consequences associated with anger outbursts. It is meant to supplement other therapy treatments
All sessions take place at the Counseling and Training Clinic on the Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi campus.
